Convenient location with easy access to attractions.

I was appalled by the lack of hot water in our room. Despite multiple requests, the host insisted that it was working, which was blatantly false. The dark, cold room was infuriating, and having only one outlet available made charging devices a ridiculous hassle for our group.

Location is fantastic, just a short walk to Piazza Erbe and Juliet's Balcony. The room had a comfortable bed, spacious, and was kept very clean. The shared kitchen was a highlight, stocked nicely and perfect for making breakfast or an evening meal. I loved having an espresso machine and the option to cook my own meals. The owner often engaged in friendly chats and provided great tips for exploring Verona. the lack of air conditioning made for a stuffy night, especially with open windows letting in street noise. A second fan for the other bedroom would help improve comfort significantly. Wifi was a bit unreliable, which can be inconvenient for planning day trips. a homey vibe, but a few upgrades would elevate the experience.
